My husband and I are planning a trip to Myrtle Beach and we have 2 very different needs. I just want to lounge in a covered lazy river while my husband needs close access to a fishing pier (so he can fish while I have the car out shopping!). Any suggestions?
Need close access to a fishing pier %26amp; a covered lazy river
Crown Reef is close (walking distance) to Springmaid Pier and I think their lazy river goes from inside to outside so part of it is covered...Springmaid Resort is right at the pier but it didn%26#39;t look that great to me but I think they have two lazy rivers, one indoor and one outdoor that maybe heated.
There are several hotels/condos close to 2nd ave pier and pier 14 but I can%26#39;t think of any with covered lazy rivers. There probably are some though.
Prince resort at cherrygrove pier but it looks like the lazy river is outdoors not covered.

The Camelot By The Sea has an indoor lazy river. It is located at 2000 N. Ocean Blvd and there is a pier 6 blocks away.
The Sandy Beach Resort has an enclosed lazy river and pool and it is only 1 block away from the 2nd Ave Pier in MB. Check out the condo rooms in the new Palmetto building.
Crown Reef lazy river is about 1/2 covered and is a good size. Prince Resort has a small, uncovered lazy river.
How close is The Dunes from Apache pier? Dunes has a great indoor water park with a lazy river.
