Beach Portrait Photographer recommendation

I%26#39;d like to get some professional portraits of our daughter on the beach when we go to HH, can you recommend a photographer?

Scott Moody - they did our portraits last April and they were great. Make sure you choose someone who has permission to photograph on the beach. They have to have a special permit.

We used Legacy Photographers at The Mall in Shelter Cove (seating fee $65.00) and was very please with our beach pictures (7 adults %26amp; 2 children.) The prices were great. 5x7 was $15.00 each and 8x10 were $34.00 each.

It was amazing what they could do. We had one family picture that we loved but our granddaughter%26#39;s eyes were shut closed so we took another picture of her that we liked and the photographer was able to switch out the head and put it in the family picture. Our son also had a strand of hair that fell on his forehead from the breeze and the photographer removed it from his forehead. We were able to view/order the pictures the very next day.

We went to Stratsburg Children Clothing (check out their website) in Bluffton at the Outlet Mall and purchased a long white lace (with ribbons) beach dress on sale for my granddaugher for $34.95. Now it will be a family tradition to always use that dress for the following family daughters.

P.S We are also from Cleveland and my children were all born at Fairview Hospital.

My husband and I went to Hilton Head for our 3rd anniversary (we%26#39;re from Ohio, too!) and we called her ahead of time to take our photos on the beach as our anniversary present to each other. You don%26#39;t really know what you%26#39;re getting when you order something like that ahead of time, and we were apprehensive. Renee was AMAZING!!! She took the most gorgeous pictures of us - they are all over our house because we couldn%26#39;t decide on just on pose and ended up ordering a bunch. She was very down to earth and even gave us a good restaurant recommendation. I highly, highly recommend her!

I don%26#39;t know if you have already taken your trip or not, but my husband and I got married last June on the Island (we are also from Ohio), and used Torrey Downs as our photographer. She is a younger photographer, very creative and takes very candid, natural pictures. She%26#39;s so personable, and we%26#39;ve even kept in touch this year and plan to hang out when my hubby and i are on vacation this year! I loved Torrey. Check out her website-some of our wedding photos are in the intro video too (in the wedding section-the 1st 4 pictures) :)

Actually, the 5 x 7s are $22.00 each, and according to Rob the owner, the price has been the same for 10 years.

Move Strand of Hair from face: Minimum $10, depends on complexity

Move Entire Head: $20
