It%26#39;s fantastic, beautifully furnished, flat screens, golfers paradise, and bike paths to the beauty of the island, as well as the amenities of the Westin Hotel a short ride away. Not to mention the newly refurbished Gorgeous Beaches.2007

Not sure what you are talking about. Are you saying Coral Resort bought/took over a new property? Which one? Is this a timeshare?

Coral Resorts took over management of this Timeshare property which is at Port Royal Planataion and is located on the Planters Row golf Course. They have renovated the existing units and started building new ones.

It has the look of a brand new property.

We are staying in a 3 bedroom in October. Any suggestions about location preferences to ask for when checking in? Are the 3 bedrooms in a newer complex or a renovated one?

I think it really depends on how you are renting this place as to where you might be placed. Are you exchanging through a timeshare, ie, RCI? I know if you go on the RCI website, there are two different Island Links with different identity numbers. The higher number contains the newest villas. We were looking into using our RCI Points to stay there last winter. I think I would phone them before you arrive and inquire. Perhaps they can put in a newer unit right away and not have to wait until check-in. You do have full use of the Westin Resort%26#39;s facilities. We ended up staying at Ocean Palms Resort in Port Royal. They are closer to the beach than Island Links. Island Links is rated a Gold Crown Resort by RCI, so I wouldn%26#39;t worry if I were you. Ocean Palms was Gold Crown too and they were very, very nice.

Have a great time. Hilton Head is wonderful. Oh, BTW, bike rental at the Westin is atrocious price. It would be nice if bikes were included in your villa.
