Need a GOOD salad in the Upstate!!

We%26#39;re spending alot of time in the Upstate this fall and I%26#39;m in desperate need of some restaurants that serve good salads!! Fresh greens (not iceberg!), marinated meats, housemade dressings...Can anyone point me in some good directions?? And of course, we already know the major chains (California Dreaming, Ruby Tuesday, etc.)- we%26#39;re looking for more unique ones, though! Thanks!!

Overlook Grill -- corner of Main Street and Camperdown Way -- Eat outside overlooking the falls -- we%26#39;re in the midst of a drought maybe overlooking the trikckle of water that used to be a waterfall - still very beautiful

Try City Range on Haywood Rd. On the lunch menu, they list all of the salads with an option for adding different meats or seafood. They do not market this on their dinner menu, but will serve it for dinner as well. For example, I usually get the flat bread salad with buffalo chicken or shrimp. Also, try Chicora Alley on the West End of Main St. They have a great tex mex salad that you can top with chicken or fish. Stax Grill on Woods Crossing has great entree salads as well.
