Anybody familiar with Sea Pointe Condos?

My fiance%26#39; and I are meeting a few friends for a week in October, and he has booked a penthouse condo at Sea Pointe.

Since there is only one review on here, I am hoping someone else has been there recently and just hasn%26#39;t posted a review. Anyone familiar with this property? I%26#39;m hoping it isn%26#39;t a dump!
