I don%26#39;t know of this firm. There is a firm called Ellie and Bill%26#39;s Catering. Perhaps this is the group you are considering.
However, The two best caterers on the island are Sandstone Catering or Celebration Events.
We use Sandstone a lot for our office meetings, and they also provide a grab and go service. They have a website www.sandstonecateringhhi.com
Celebration events is part of the Lowry Group which owns a number of Restaurants in the area, including the Old Fort Pub. Their website is www.celebrationevents.net
