Winter Rentals for October help.

My girlfriend and I are looking for a hotel that rents out rooms for the month of October. We are looking for something in the under $1000 range, preferably between 60th Avenue North and South. Internet access and exercise facilities a plus. We%26#39;ve found a few, but most are run down or too expensive. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I%26#39;m getting extremely tired of calling every hotel in the phone book. Thanks people.

go onto craigslist. There are a few hotels/resorts offering winter rentals at a reasonable price. you just need to go on there and look around under apt/house rentals.

I can recommend Dayton House on 24th Ave N

Monthly rate is 1,080 plus tax - angle oceanview - Room type 5 and can see ocean pretty good - ask for room closest to ocean

West building is across street and not worth savings of $140

Indoor and outdoor pools and jacquzzis as well as very nice grassy area with tables/chairs.

2 PCs for public use and Wi Fii in the different lobbys (not in rooms). Small gymn with a treadmill, few bikes etc.

I have always enjoed staying there (will be there Oct %26amp; Nov)
