Never been but ready to go!

I%26#39;ve never been to Myrtle Beach before but will be heading there on a business trip. I%26#39;ll be staying at the Marriott Resort at Grande Dunes. Can anyone help with any info about what is nearby my hotel (restaurants, clubs/music, fun stuff) that is easy to get to since I won%26#39;t have a car (a resonable cab ride would be ok as well). Also, any info about the hotel itself would be appreciated (preferred room locations to ask for, etc).

I have never stayed at this hotel but have walked around the outside and it is very nice. Not much around to walk to, there is a mexican restaurant we have walked to from that area it is up 71st. It is on the corner of 71st and 17th business. Just walk up 71st. The weather should be cool enough. We walked when it was 90. You will enjoy Myrtle hopefully , since you are on business, you will have some free time. Try to make to Broadway at the Beach. Have a great trip.

Restaurants within 1 to 2 miles are Fiesta Mexacanna,Bonefish Grill,Cheeseburger In Paradise,Liberty Tap Room,TGIF,Carolina Roadhouse and Flamingo Grille.

You are also pretty close to Restaurant Row, thus you are close to Chuck%26#39;s steakhouse and several All-You-Can-Eat buffets and a few strip clubs.

Ocean Annie%26#39;s is a short cab ride away, as is Harry the Hat%26#39;s. Both are fun bars.
