Hi! A group of us will be at Compass Cove next month for a week%26#39;s vacation. Since I prefer the beach to the pool, I am hoping to spend my time sunning near the ocean but just wondering about beach chairs. Do we need to rent them by the day. If so, how much? Or would it be better to just buy one when there and leave it when we depart for home. Just wondering what would be best. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Next month there won%26#39;t be any chairs along the beach... They are run by the city of myrtle beach and the lifegaurds and during off season they are not on the beach anymore so you%26#39;ll probably have to buy one. Also, if they were still up they would be around $30 a day so its cheaper in the long run to buy a set .
Just to let you know the life gaurds get on the beach at 6am and put out there chairs in front of everyone else you can not sit infront of them, and they block your view. Plus they make you pay to sit in them. We brought our own chairs and had to put them behind there chairs and umbrellas which completely blocked our view and could not see our kids in the water because of them. I think the lifegaurds putting out there chairs infront of you and forcing you to pay for them or sit behind them was horrible!
