weather question for week of 9/15

the weather service says your weather will be scattered/isolated thunderstorms throughout the week. Where I live in Lake George, NY that pretty much means gray days. However, in Bermuda it means -hey it%26#39;s gonna rain a little bit and then the sun will be out. So, any ideas of what to expect in your area?

Scattered showers are the norm this time of year. We%26#39;re like Bermuda-the sun comes back out quickly. Just be prepared with am umbrella. It%26#39;s still hot out, so be prepared for that too. Have fun!

';Scattered'; can also mean that it will rain in the next block over, but not in your block. Or maybe the other way around. If it%26#39;s a light shower, a lot of people just ignore it and go on, in the heat, you dry quickly.

However, if it is a THUNDERstorm, please go inside and stay there until it passes. Where there is thunder, there is lightning.

And if it%26#39;s high tide and a deluge, stay off of Market Street or you will be carrying your shoes.
